At one point of time, there wasn’t a single diet that I did not try out, only to find that I would put on more lbs that I lost within a couple of weeks after my diet ended!! It was so frustrating and depressing and then I came across the Diet Program Review which said that the best way to diet was NOT to diet at all!! How many of you want to lose up to 10-15lbs in the first couple of weeks after you start a diet – especially when the diet doesn’t ask you to starve and go strenuous exercises to achieve that goal!! I could eat that that I wanted after the very informative guidance about the nutritional food and once I understood that, it was just a case of making the necessary dietary changes and it just went off fine from there!! Once you get your nutritional food right, there are various ways that you can come up with your own recipes and really have a go at the options that you have!!

From the various options some of the innovative ways to have nut butters are given here which I am sure that you enjoy and come up with more innovative combination’s!! The Almond Butter with apple sauce with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, is a favorite of mine which you can have after dinner if you want something for your sweet tooth!! Another great innovation is having Almond or Walnut butter with any fresh fruit – at the moment it is figs for me – try it, it simply delicious!! Another for another breakfast option of 1 or 2 tbsp of Nut Butter and 1 tbsp of Apple Butter on 2 slices of sprouted grain bread which is a real treat!! Another is the cashew Butter that you can have on celery sticks with a few raisins that you can add for your sweet tooth and then you can try some Walnut Butter with your warm oatmeal and a tsp off honey added for further flavor!! There are so many options that you can try out umpteen number of combinations which will really make your dieting time both exciting and fun filled and so can come up with so many similar combinations!! When the liver cannot do its job, the bile that our liver produces which is crucial for detoxifying our body to break down the fats we need and to absorb fat soluble vitamins gets over congested with toxins that it is unable to filter out and becomes a so thick that it will no longer be able to do its job and the result – our body gets more toxic and the more toxic it becomes, the more difficult it will be for us lose weight since the liver is just not able to efficiently do its work!!

Before taking up any diet, I firmly believe that we should know how the diet plan will work for us and I was really impressed when the Diet Program Review did just that – it first educates you on all you should know about dieting – the food that you should choose to have and why, the role of the different organs and their function in helping out weight management and such other details which will help us to understand what we are going to do and because we understand the dynamics of weight management, we are better able to relate with the various plans they have for us!!

We already know that we have to avoid taking sweeteners as they are toxins that harm our body!! Now what exactly do we mean by toxins?? I learn from the Diet Program Review that it is nothing but such
stuff that our body doesn’t recognize as being a “natural food source” – which means that any artificial food that we have are toxins and will do harm to our weight management!!

We have been brought up with the belief that milk was a part and parcel for a healthy future for both the young and the old alike!! But in those days we used to get pure milk instead of the chemically and artificially produced these days which cause more harm and good for our body!! So it is quite believable that according to the Diet Program Review , we are advised very strongly against dairy products and get our requirement from the green leafy vegetable, broccoli, sardines with the bones and salmon all of which have sufficient amounts of calcium to make up for the lack of intake of milk!! With the amount of excess of hormones and antibiotics (when they fall sick with all the hormones being pushed to them) being fed to the cows so that they’ll produce more milk, it is not surprising that we end up with so many diseases!!

It is so ingrained that we have to drink milk that we tend to forget the many calcium rich food that are available to us and it is time that we start eating them if  we want to protect our children and ourselves from Osteoporosis at a later date!! Consider the fact that though we, Americans consume the most milk compared to any country, we have the highest rate of osteoporosis, pasteurizing kills off the necessary enzymes in our system, that not all the calcium present in milk is absorbed by our body and finally that the milk sugar (lactose) converts into sugar and will cause havoc to your blood sugar levels.

With the tips from the Diet Program Review , we will be able to effectively safeguard ourselves from osteoporosis by drinking the right kind of milk and thereby getting enough calcium for our body!! I was at my wits end trying out very judiciously, all those diet plans that I had heard and read about, of ways to reduce my weight, especially so, since my family history has everything that I have to be careful about – diabetics, high blood pressure, cholesterol – you name it!! With having to look after the two small kids, the office and on top of everything, taking care of my health seemed the least of my priorities!!

Then by chance I happened to read about the  Diet Program Review and thought that it was just another of those ads that you see in magazines and ignored it!! The doctor had asked me to exercise regularly but as we all know, with the workload I had, exercise was the only thing I could skip even though I knew I was playing with fire and was getting desperate and going into depression!!

Then again, the mention of  Diet Program Review - this time recommended by a colleague and I thought, “What the heck, what do I have to lose?” and decided that I would have a go at it!! The minute I started the program I knew that this was just what I was looking for – with the very easy to follow change in my nutritional plans for eating (which is of the paramount importance here)!!

I just had three guide- lines to follow – the first, to drink only water as a beverage (I did take black coffee and tea from time to time, to pamper myself!!) I would squeeze fresh lemon into my glass of water or make flavored teas so that I could add variety to my “water”!!

The second Diet Program Review guide-line was to avoid the “4 white devils” like the plague – the “white devils” being white flour, refined salt, white sugar and diary!! Yes, I know that many of you will be surprised to see the last one there – but believe me, it is true – and I am talking from experience!! In fact, it is the most harmful of the 4, causing inflammation in the body, digestive problems, clogged arteries and above all WEIGHT GAIN!! Get your calcium from plenty of leafy greens and see the difference it makes to your body!! Remember to consume ½ of your body weigh in ounces of water per day to help you with sufficient hydration and weight loss –e.g. if you weigh 160 lbs make sure that you drink 80 ounces of water each day!!

The third, last one and most important of the three, is to know the right place to get the right food, as was earlier mentioned in the Diet Program Review – following a healthy eating regime was the first priority that we had to take care of!!

Avoid packaged food and always remember – the best foods come with no labels! So don’t buy those labeled food and get your body stuffed with all the toxins – buy plenty of fresh veggies, leafy greens and look out for such healthy eating options – there are plenty in the market now!!

So, I can now say that with the help of  Diet Program Review I have found my way to a much healthier and happier time and am enjoying every minute of my new found tryst with life!!
